Kelly Vertican plays a dual role at Impact Building as our Controller and Spec Home Designer. She’s the perfect blend of financial expertise and creative vision, managing the company’s finances while designing beautiful, functional homes.
As Controller, Kelly keeps the financial side of things running smoothly, overseeing everything from budgeting to reporting. Her attention to detail and smart financial planning ensure the business stays on track.
On the design side, Kelly is passionate about creating homes people will love. She works closely with our team to design homes that combine style and practicality, ensuring each looks stunning and adds lasting value.
When Kelly’s not in the office, she loves spending time with her husband, Adam, and their two sons, Joshua and Jesse. She’s a huge fan of the outdoors and takes full advantage of everything Northern Michigan has to offer. She enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and finding fresh ways to bring flavor into every dish.
