Adam Vertican is the owner and general contractor of Impact Building, bringing over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Adam’s journey began right out of high school when he discovered his passion for building and has never looked back. Throughout his career, Adam has completed over 200 residential homes, each one reflecting his commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
As the founder and leader of Impact Building, Adam’s vision is to create homes and structures that stand the test of time. He is the creator of a unique framing style known as the TFactor, which has become a hallmark of his approach to building. The TFactor brings the precision of factory-built construction to the jobsite, setting a new benchmark in the industry for site-built homes.
In his role as general contractor, Adam oversees every phase of each project, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, on schedule, and to the highest standards. His leadership style is hands-on—often found on-site with his tool belt on, Adam isn’t afraid to jump in and both teach and build alongside his team. His commitment to craftsmanship and his dedication to mentoring his crew have made Impact Building a trusted name in the industry.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, fishing, or just enjoying nature, Adam values the time he gets to unwind and recharge in the natural beauty that Northern Michigan has to offer.
